Where are your writers from?

Our professional writers come from different parts of the world. A majority of them are working professionals in their respective fields, most of whom have a Master’s or a Ph.D. degree.

I want (or don’t want) the same writer to work on my next paper. How can I request for a writer?

You may request for a particular writer by requesting for them in the instructions when you fill out the Order Form. You may either state the writer’s name or mention the previous order no. of your project so that we may assign your order to the specific writer accordingly.
For example, “Please do not assign my order to John*,” or “I want this order to be assigned to the writer who did Order no. *****.”

I wish to contact the writer. How can I do this?

You may contact the writer by sending us an email at [email protected], along with your order number. Communications with the writers can only be coursed through us via email or chat. It is our Company’s right to refuse the disclosure of the writer’s identity to protect his/ her privacy and ensure the writers’ safety online. Likewise, we do not disclose our clients’ personal information to the writers for the same reasons, unless the paper requires it (i.e. CV/ resume writing, admission essays, etc.).

Can I ask for your help with my (online) exam?

Yes! We often assist clients with their exams. Please email us at [email protected] so that we can help you with such a project. (i.e. multiple-choice questions, scenario-type, true/false, requires Blackboard access)

When and how will I receive my order?

Your order will be sent to the email address provided on the Order Form. If you created an account during checkout, it will also be available when you login.
You may receive the order on or before its scheduled deadline, which you had chosen when you placed the order (i.e. 5-day rate, 4-day rate, 72-hour rate, 48-hour rate, 24-hour rate, or 12-hour rate). In case your project requires the writer longer time to complete, we will email you right away with a request to extend the deadline.

How do I send the references for my paper?

If you have noticed, we do not allow files to be uploaded along with the order form. This is to avoid our system from being infected by viruses or malware. To send copies of your references, please send all your sources as ATTACHMENTS to [email protected] with your order no. as the subject of your email. In case the files are too large, we recommend uploading your files to an online file storage like Google Drive or Dropbox, and then email us the accessible link (with the order number as the subject line).
Note: Be sure you enable access to other people when sharing your link.

Do I need to create an account during checkout?

Creating an account is not necessary to submit an order; however, registering your account gives you the ability to have a profile, download your projects anytime, and view your past and current projects.

How can I be sure that the work I received was not plagiarized?

Essay24 takes pride in our writers’ work. In case you want to make sure that the paper submitted to you is not plagiarized, you may request for a plagiarism report from us. You may either include this request in the instructions when you fill out the Order Form or contact us via email/ chat to make your request. We can provide you a plagiarism report for free, given that it is related to an order you purchased from us.

I need revisions made to the paper I received. How do I do this?

To request for a revision, simply reply to the submission email you received. Please be specific with your request so that the writer may revise the paper in one go. In the event that your request is proven to be outside the scope of your original instructions, an additional fee will be necessary. We offer free revision within five days from the time we submitted the order. If we receive your revision request beyond the 5-day period, payment for a new order will be required (since it would be considered a new project).

I want to add an additional page to my order. When/how can I do this?

To add a page or pages to your existing order (that has not been submitted), you may do so by placing a new order with the appropriate number of pages and specify in the instructions that the order is “for the additional page(s) for Order no. *****.” However, in case the paper has already been submitted to you, the writer will follow the deadline/ rate you chose in the new order when submitting the revised work.

I need a PowerPoint presentation along with the research paper I ordered; how many pages should I order?

For PowerPoint presentations, one page purchased is equivalent to two slides. Thus, if you order one page, expect to receive two slides of content. However, please take note that more pages will be required if the instructions need extensive research.

My paper requires the inclusion of a graph, table, or image. How many pages should I order?

Graphs, tables, or images are counted towards the total no. of pages. Meanwhile, the number of pages will depend on the number of words and content or length of the graph/ table. An image usually takes up about half a page. For example, you need 300 words and one graph that covers half to one whole page, your order would most likely require two pages. If unsure, you may contact us at [email protected] or via chat to verify the no. of pages needed to be purchased.

 Help! My order is already due but I have not received my order. What do I do?

Usually, we deliver all orders on or before their expected deadline. In case your project is already due and you have not received it, you may do the following:

  • Please double-check your spam/ junk/ bulk folder in case our email was directed there. (It helps if you add our email address, [email protected], to your safe senders list!)
  • Check if you received an email from us requesting for an extension on the deadline of the project
  • Check your copy of the order details to ensure we received the correct email address–typos have happened in the past
  • If all else fails, contact us via email [email protected] or chat through the website so that we can resolve the issue immediately

How much does it cost per paper?

The cost for each order will depend on the rate/ deadline you will choose. For a detailed list of our current rates, please check our Pricing page.

Can I get a discount? Do you have a discount code? How do I get one?

Discounts and special offers differ each month. Sometimes we have them; sometimes we don’t. Subscribe to our newsletters so that you can receive monthly updates about the availability of discounts or chat with one of our online representatives to inquire.

There appears to be an error on the website; I cannot complete the payment process. What do I do?

Please contact us via [email protected] and we will either confirm your payment for send you an invoice to complete the process. You may also chat with one of our online chat representatives to ask for a payment link.

I did not receive the payment confirmation; I don’t know if you received my payment or not. What do I do?

In this case, double-check with PayPal or your bank if the payment has been made to our company. If payment was successful, email us to confirm if we have indeed received your payment or not, or chat with one of our online representatives so that we can immediately assist you with your concern.

I want a refund. How can I send a request for it?

For refund requests, your reason for requesting a refund must first and foremost be valid. Thus, you must be able to provide us with a valid reason together with proof or evidence justifying the request. Next, your request will have to undergo thorough investigation before its approval. All concerns will be coursed through email.
If approved, expect to be refunded within 30 business days after your request has been granted. Once refunded, Essay24 serves the right to hold ownership of the submitted paper. Thus, we hold the right to post it on our website or wherever necessary. See our Terms of Service for more details.
