    Our company is 100% legit. Various companies and organizations, as well as our clients, can attest to our authenticity and the quality of our work. In the past, however, we have received complaints that there is another company using a name that is similar to us. Please be reminded that our Company is spelled as E-S-S-A-Y-2-4 dot com (Essay24.com). Any other spelling or domain is NOT us and does not represent our Company.

    1. Where are your writers from?

    Our professional writers come from different parts of the world. A majority of them are working professionals in their respective fields, most of whom have a Master’s or a Ph.D. degree.

    2. I want the same writer to work on my next paper. How can I request for a writer?

    You may request for a particular writer by requesting for them in the instructions when you fill out the Order Form. You may either state the writer’s name or mention the previous order no. of your project so that we may assign your order to the specific writer accordingly. For example, “Please assign my order to John*,” or “I want this order to be assigned to the writer who did Order no. *****.”

    3. I don’t want the same writer who did my previous order. How do I request a new one?

    Similar to the answer above, you may mention this request in the instructions field when you fill out the order form. For example, you may specify in the instructions that, “I prefer the writer who did Order no. *****,” or “Please assign my order to a different writer than the one who did Order no.”

    4. I wish to contact the writer. How can I do this?

    You may contact the writer by sending us an email at [email protected], along with your order no. Communications with the writers can only be coursed through us via email or chat. It is our Company’s right to refuse the disclosure of the writer’s identity to protect his/ her privacy and ensure the writers’ safety online. Likewise, we do not disclose our clients’ personal information to the writers for the same reasons, unless the paper requires it (i.e.,, CV/ resume writing, admission essays, etc.).

    5. Where is your login page?

    We would like to clarify that we do not hold any registration, a login page, or require membership from our clients. Thus, we do not automatically charge our clients any amount since we do not have hold of your account details.

    6. I want to add an additional page to my order. How can I do it?

    To add a page or pages to your existing order (that has not been submitted), you may do so by placing a new order with the appropriate number of pages and specify in the instructions that the order is “for the additional page(s) for Order no. *****.” However, in case the paper has already been submitted to you, the writer will follow the deadline/ rate you chose in the new order when submitting the revised work.

    7. I need a PowerPoint presentation along with the research paper I ordered. How many pages should I order?

    For PowerPoint presentations, one page purchased is equivalent to 2 slides. Thus, if you will order 1 page, expect to receive 2 slides of content. However, please take note that more pages will be required if the instructions need extensive research.

    8. What if my paper requires the inclusion of a graph, table, or image? How many pages should I order?

    Graphs, tables, or images are counted towards the total no. of pages. Meanwhile, the no. of pages will depend on the no. of words and content or length of the graph/ table. An image usually takes up about half a page. For example, you need 300 words and one graph that covers half to one whole page, your order would most likely require 2 pages.     9. Can I ask for your help with my (online) exam?

  • ABOUT YOUR ORDER(S)
    1. What is your paper’s standard format?

    Our standard format is 250 to 300 words for every double-spaced page, 12-pt Times New Roman or Arial. Double spacing is the standard for all academic projects (i.e., MLA, APA, etc.). However, in case your paper requires single spacing, one single-spaced page (with approximately 500-600 words) is equivalent to 2 pages purchased from us. Smaller fonts or other formatting requests outside the scope of the original format would require an additional fee for the adjustments.

    2. When and how will I receive my order?

    Expect to receive your order through the email address you provided in the Order Form. You may receive the order on or before its scheduled deadline, which you had chosen when you placed the order (i.e.,, 5-day rate, 4-day rate, 72-hour rate, 48-hour rate, 24-hour rate, or 12-hour rate). In case your project requires the writer longer time to complete, we will email you right away with a request to extend the deadline.

    3. How do I send the references for my paper?

    If you have noticed, we do not allow files to be uploaded along with the order form. This is to avoid our system from being infected by viruses or malware. To send copies of your references, please send all your sources as ATTACHMENTS to [email protected] with your order no. as the subject of your email. In case the files are too large, we recommend uploading your files to an online file storage like Google Drive and then send us the accessible link (Note: Be sure you enable access to other people with the link). Otherwise, the link would require the writer to input your username and password (which you may also provide, given that we ensure to protect your privacy and confidentiality).

    4. How can I be sure that the work I received was not plagiarized?

    Essay24 takes pride in our writers’ work. In case you want to make sure that the paper submitted to you is not plagiarized, you may request for a plagiarism report from us. You may either include this request in the instructions when you fill out the Order Form or contact us via email/ chat to make your request. We can provide you a plagiarism report for free, given that it is related to an order you purchased from us.

    5. I want to the writer to revise the paper I received. How do I do this?

    To request for a revision, simply reply to the submission email you received. Please be specific with your request so that the writer may revise the paper in one go. In the event that your request is proven to be outside the scope of your original instructions, an additional fee will be necessary. We offer free revision within 14 days from the time we submitted the order. If we receive your revision request beyond the 14-day period, payment for a new order will be required (since it would be considered a new project).

    2. Can I get a discount? Do you have a discount code? How do I get one?

    3. I paid by eCheque. Is my payment valid?

    For eCheques, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for eCheques to be cleared by PayPal. As a result, your order is considered UNPAID until it has been cleared (because sometimes the payment does not push through). We recommend paying via your PayPal Account, credit card, or debit card to avoid any problem with your payment. 4. HELP! I cannot proceed with the payment process. There appears to be an error on the website. What do I do?

    5. I did not receive the payment confirmation! I don’t know if you received my payment or not. What do I do?

    6. I want a refund. How can I send a request for it?

    For refund requests, your reason for requesting a refund must first and foremost be valid. Thus, you must be able to provide us with a valid reason together with proof or evidence justifying the request. Next, your request will have to undergo thorough investigation before its approval. All concerns will be coursed through email. If approved, expect to be refunded within 30 business days after your request has been granted.
